During a big thunderstorm at 3:00 in the morning, Macaroni started rapidly giving birth to her first litter of puppies. By dawn's first light, and as the storm began to wane, she gave birth to her 11th and final puppy, all healthy and eager to start feeding. There were 8 males and 3 females. Just for fun, we gave them all thunderstorm related litter names.
They will be old enough to rehome on June 5th 2025.
Their expected weight as adults is 12-20kg.
Macaroni is a two-year-old, 30kg F1 Goldendoodle. Her mother was an English cream colored Golden Retriever, and her father was was a big white Standard Poodle. She has a wavey/shaggy looking coat that is very low shedding and requires bi-monthly haircuts.
Rocket, the father of this litter, is a 7 kg miniature poodle. His coat is brown, with a white spot on his chest and a bit of white on the toes of his back feet. He's the one that put's the "b" in the F1b of this litter!
